Waiver and Release

Our goal at PSA Pete’s Sports Academy is to provide a fun, safe, and supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and enjoy sports. Sports activities involve physical movement and, like any active play, carry some risk. Soccer requires running, coordination, and balance. While PSA Pete’s Sports Academy takes reasonable steps to create a safe and positive environment, I understand that not all risks can be eliminated.

By enrolling my child, I agree to release PSA Pete’s Sports Academy from responsibility for injuries that may occur during normal participation in program activities. I understand that if a serious medical emergency occurs, PSA Pete’s Sports Academy will contact Emergency Medical Services (EMS). I acknowledge that I am responsible for any medical costs or related expenses that may result.

By checking the box during registration, I agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless PSA Pete’s Sports Academy, its owners, employees, and instructors from any and all claims, demands, or legal actions related to my child’s participation in the program, including claims related to COVID-19, even if such claims allege negligence on the part of PSA Pete’s Sports Academy.

Photo, Video and Media Release

I give permission for PSA Pete’s Sports Academy to take photos and/or videos of my child during classes or activities held at public parks or other program locations. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes, including the company website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.

I understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of these photos or videos and that PSA Pete’s Sports Academy retains ownership of the content. My child’s name will not be used in connection with any image or recording without additional permission.

Policies and Procedures

Whenever possible, classes will be held indoors during inclement weather. If indoor space is unavailable, up to two make-up weeks may be scheduled due to extreme weather conditions such as excessive heat, cold, or rain.

PSA Pete’s Sports Academy reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment. If a program is canceled, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not provided for missed classes or non-attendance.
